Keg at IMBC. It pours hazy reddish brown with a small white head. The aroma is muted, earthy, red berry skin, redcurrant and bread. The taste is dry, bitter, tart red berry, vinous, damp leaves, earth, wood, leather and light tannin with a drying finish. Medium body and fine, prickly carbonation. Not bad.

Pretty enjoyable stuff, with a bit of jammy berry, some Belgian yeast, lightly toasted wheat bread, strawberry, low bitterness. Light bodied with fine to average carbonation. Decent balance on thefinish, more wheat, berries, moderate yeast expression. Good stuff.

Bottle @ Højbjerg tasting 28 July. Pours clear amber with small white head. Clear aroma of fruit and malt, with estery notes and touches of hops. Bitter, hoppy flavour with notes of rosemary, citrus and malt, and touches of yeast. Bitter and acidic aftertaste. Well, drinkable, but who puts rosemary in beer?
