500ml bottle at the Midlands tasting on 23rd Aug 2014. Hazy golden pour with an off-white topping. The nose was sour citrus fruity with an offish whiff. I did not take to this at all, sour and almost had a vinegar taste trying to override the fruitiness it should have tasted of. Not impressed.

500ml bottle. Pours gold with a thin head. Aroma is sharp sour lemon. Taste light sour passionfruit to start with a light bitter finish. Maybe infected.

Murky amber - brown beer, good pale cream colour head. Palate is light, semi dry and crispy. Light cream in the airy malt. Mild floral bitterness from the hops and then a little generic fruit sweetness before the dry and bitterish finish. Okay.

Bottle from Marketplace Alehouse and Deli, Doncaster. Hazy gold. Big, dense, lasting, white head. Looks good, but things go downhill, thereafter. Light aroma of vinegar. Tastes tart and dry. There’s probably a good beer in there, somewhere...

Hazy orange - gold beer, small pale cream colour head. Palate is light, dry and a little crisp. Light thin malts. Strong dry orange with both pith and peel. Little lemon and hop spice. Floralness with a very light trace of soap. Dry bitter finish with a long bitter linger. Good stuff, could do without the soap though, light as it is, and it’s a tad dry.

Almost clear bright gold beer, bubbly white head. Palate is light, semi dry and a little crisp. Thin malts. Bitter floralness, a bit soapy as well. Little fresh orange and tangerine. Hop spice. Light finish. Shame about the soapy streak, otherwise very good.

hazy amber beer, good pale cream colour head. Palate is airy and light. Good fine carbonation. Light airy malts, semi sweet. Tangy sweet and sour orange hops. Sweet floralness. Light touch of peachy mango. Mild hop spice. Light finish with a mild hop bitter linger. Comes together very well.

Hazy gold beer, tiny white head. Palate is light and dry and a little crisp. Light dry malt, whisper of smoke. Strong orange peel and marmalade. Sharp lemon kick. Little hop spice. Light finish. Stong hop fruits again from North Riding but I wanted a little more complexity in this one.

Hazy gold beer, small pale cream colour head. Palate is light and crisp. Light touch of malt cream. Light floralness. Lemon rind, tangy intense orange. Light crisp finish. Nice hops fruits as always from North Riding but the passion fruit character of Mosaic is absent.
