Burgundy. Dry, butterscotchy, malty, bitter, complex. An outstanding beer.

Bright and amber. The aroma - big, yeasty, malty, peppery, hints of anise, pears, and almost everything in between. This is big stuff - a heady dose of alcohol, smooth, peppery malt and yeast weaving in and out, and easing off just enough to make this beer a little too drinkable for its size.

Strong, unspiced witbier, which emerges yeastier, maltier, and drier than most.

Light brown, with a rich head. One of the best aromas in beer - plum, fruity hops, alcohol, mandarin orange, light cocoa. Alcohol, sweet palt malts, orange, mango, pear, peach - sweet, fruity, long flavours.
