330 ml bottle. Says 13% on collar tag…. Pours a deep reddish brown with light foamy head. Aromas of caramel, dry dark fruit, soft oaky cognac, a little spice and sweet toasted malts. Flavors follow same with malts being a lmore doughy. Pretty much the very nice base Triple Imperiale with additional soft oaky cognac. Very good.

330mL bottle at Delirium Cafe, pours a hazy amber with a small white head. Aroma has a nice Belgian yeast character, with bready caramel, and a touch of red fruits. Flavour has a reasonable yeast profile, with bready caramel, a hint of red berries, and gentle esters. Good yeast profile, moderately complexity. It’s decent.

Bottle at Delerium Village. Pours murky amber with a white head. Sugary malts and orange peel on the nose. Flavour has light sugars, a bit of orange peel, raisins. Nice carbonation. Solid amber, but nothing exceptional.

Bottle at home shared with friends at tasting. Clear dark amber color, small off-white to beige head. Aroma is malts, some kind of red fruit notes, wet leaves, a bit odd. Flavor is similar, with a light hint of tart-bitter. Thin body, a bit watery texture, average carbonation. Mwah.
