Cask at Bird in Hand, Stafford (as Razzmatazz). Pours a pale straw with minimal off-white head. The aroma is basically raspberries with just a hint of malts. In the mouth it is sweet with somr tannins lurking underneath. It’s juicy and slightly sharp but with a watery texture. Flavour is raspberries and summer fruits. A little bitterness in the finish. It’s quite nice and certainly refreshing – but a bit basic.

Cask @ The Hebden (formerly The Pub), Hebden Bridge. Extremely dark clear red with a glow. Understated stout, a bit more like a porter, but decent enough.

Handpull cask at the Kings Head, Leicester. Dark brown with just a little translucency.small khaki head. Smells of espresso grounds and bitter cooking chocolate. Taste starts fairly sweet but there's intense bitterness underneath. Incredibly watery body with no carbonation to speak of. It's okay, starts out well but has little substance.

York Beer Festival 2023. Darker hazy golden in appearance. In terms of texture it doesn't feel its strength, but has a fuller hoppy-fruity taste with a bitterness.

Skipton Beer Festival 2023. Black in colour. Its coffee influence makes up its flavour dominating its roasted malt aroma and taste, in a good way of course, feeling a lot fuller than its strength might suggest.
