On tap at La Tireuse. Pours a clear gold with a white head that dissipates to the edges and laces slightly. Aroma has pine and earthy grass with bread and grain notes supporting. Flavor has earthy grass and pine with earthy bread and a slight mineral note.

Panda many thanks to Cloin. Almost clear dark brown beer, good bubbly dark tan head. Light smooth palate, mildly dry, decent fine carbonation. Smooth dark malts, a mildly earthy dark chocolate. Juicy Port barrel berries and berry liqueur outmuscle the decent if mellow whiskey barrel ripe fruits. A little alcohol spice and a nice touch of oak barrel induced vanilla. Soft smoke, very soft, but it enhances this already rich brew. Finishes smooth and viscous with Port Barreling still riding strong. Lovely Impy, beautifully layered and a little outside the normal lanes. Could drink a 750 of this to myself without any problem. Well, apart from getting up the next morning!

Bottle at home, from an online peddler, 06/08/23. Bit of a gusher ... floor needed a wipe ... lose 0.1! Black with a tan head that dissipates to a swirl and edgeing. Nose is chocolate, light smoke, dark malts, spice, molasses, whisky barrel. Taste comprises dark chocolate, dried fruit rinds, spice, nip of port barrel, spice, charr, roasted tones, oak. Full bodied, light prickly carbonation, semi drying close with a balanced kiss of alcohol. Decent BA impy.

Caña en el Kraken Oviedo. Color amarillento turbio con espuma blanca. Sabores frescos y dulces suaves afrutados. Ligeras lupulina. Buena. Para repetir.
