Draught @ Konttori Aroma has sweet oaty and cocoa tones, also licorice. Flavour has alcohol, sherry, liquor, licorice. Ratheryä sweet and sticky, drinkability could be better.

(Bottle, 0.33 l - BBE 11/2027, from Alko, 20230324) The beer poured oily and black. Its head was small and lightly brown. Aroma had burnt malts, cocoa powder, wood and tannins. Palate was full bodied and dry with medium carbonation. Flavours were burnt malts, dark chocolate, wood, vinous notes, ruby port, ash and bitterness. Aftertaste had burnt malts, wood and bitterness. A tasty blend of the barrel and the beer.

0,44 boks fra La Domadora Craft Beers i Frigliana, på hotellterrassen etter kroppspleie i jacuzzien på taket: uklar gyldengul med fint, storboblet skum som varer til bunns. Spenstig citrusanslag etterfølges av furunål/eukalyptus, litt hvit pepper og ganske beske urter i en god maltkropp. Tørr, besk avslutning.

--Sample, thanks oh6gdx! -- Black, small head. Huge aroma of wonderfully peaty, fruity whisky. Sweet with full body and rounded mouthfeel. Peaty, woody whisky dominates, some chocolate and caramel underneath. Warming quite bitter finish. Totally dominated by lovely Islay whisky. I can surely live with that...

Flesje gedronken bij H en B. Donker roodbruin bier, troebel en zonder schuim. Aroma is fruitig en wijn-achtig. Smaak is zacht, zoet, fruitig en ook pittig van de alcohol. Nasmaak is iets bitter waarbij ik de alcohol nog even in mijn keel voel.

Jens Spansk smagning (27/02/2023) - dark roasted malty with lots of chocolate, notes of roasted peanut, salted nuts, some ashy roast, full bodied, has a slight smokiness into the dark malty lingering close.
