Drunk at Les Vedettes Rennes while building a house for bunny out of Kapla wood blocks some bearded guy invented in the 80s. Hazy yellow orange, nice tropical nose with a lot of fruits and little pine. Very smooth tropi flavor, light caramel and great forest-pine and lupulin backbone behind very aromatic fruits. Excellent one!

Drunk in Dinard after tapas at Pep's, post eclipse stout! Darkest black with a tall tan head. Nose of roasted malt and a hint of the sea. Nice rich flavor without being overly sweet. Well integrated flavors with a hint of sea/salt, not fishy at all. Smooth earthy bitterness on the finish. I'm ready for Sharknado 2!

On tap at Mez Beer, Paris. Shared with petit Dina. Clear golden, small off-white head. Aroma is lightly to moderately hoppy, perfumy floral, elderflower, cherry flower, hints of stone fruit. Smooth, medium body, light bitterness. Flavour is lightly fruity, stone fruit, herbal bitterness, resinous, lasting bitterness finish. Very good, except for the perfumy part. Not cloying, not sweet, drinkable.

Sights & Swills Summer Holiday Beer#74. RENNES. Hazy pale golden looking a little dank but has plenty of tropical fruit flavour. This is sweetish, but finishing with a small citrus kick. Aroma is sweet too.

Winey and herbal at the same time, well balanced, nice!

Clear light orange beer, small aery irregular off-white head, unstable, falls down quickly, non adhesive. Aroma: very sharp, quite some vinegar, a bit fruity, somewhat woody notes. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: fruity, pretty acidic, lemon juice, bitter, herbal, some tannins, a bit sweet, sharp. Aftertaste: very sharp acidity, fruity touch, ok but not great.
