473ml can. Pours a clear amber with pink hue and a medium, frothy, long lasting, off-white head that laces nicely. Mild aroma of raspberry and bready wheat malt. Sweet flavour of raspberry and bready wheat malt with a dry, slightly tart finish. Light body with a thin, watery texture and soft carbonation. Pretty plain and simple, but easy to put back on a hot summer day.

Can from High Point, Vancouver; tagged 31oct2019 (really??? not the packaged date?)
Murky, filthy golden colour, small head. Mild aroma of orange peel and light yeast, light cheese. Lean mouthfeel, the sweetness is mild; the malt base is ok, but the fermentation is muddy, the hop is orangey, a bit vegetable, definitively not brigh or juicy.
Phillips brewed better beers in the past, what's going on?

Draft at Taps Beer Bar, Changkat, Kuala Lumpur. Poured a clear amber colour with a mostly lasting frothy white head and some broken lace. The aroma is malt, light tropical fruits, boiled sweets. The flavour is moderate bitter, light sweet, with a crisp, light, slightly watery, mineral, tropical citrus, light woody hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with average to soft carbonation.

650mL bottle, pours a hazy golden with a small white head. Nose is full of musty, earthy notes, wild yeast, and bitterness. Flavour is a jumbled mess -- with brett, citrus, and earthy notes. Chaotic and unharmonious. Poor -- they don't know what they're doing.

Nice reliable hop aroma with honey notes, good off-white foam and a clear gold medium body. Flavour is chewy hops, candy, wet hoppiness. Did I mention the hops? Okay mouthfeel, adequate. Okay hoppy beer but nothing truly interesting here.

Funky hay and white wine on the nose, barely any foam and a mostly clear yellow body. Flavour is soft brett yeast and vague hints of sour grain. An okay attempt at a sour but fundamentally middle of the road, satisfies those looking for the category yet not the best in the category.

Ruby red body and no foam, sweet sugary berry on the nose. Flavour is a lot of berry sweetness with a fake malt back end. Good carbonation and crisp mouthfeel at least. Otherwise pretty middle of the road.

Murky yellow body, minimal foam. Soft sweet pineapply hops aroma. Flavour is chewy hops, candy notes. Okay fullness on the mouth. Still a little disjointed and lacking the finesse that a legacy brewer like Phillip's should have mastered a generation ago.

Cloudy yellow body and modest foam. Sweet candy hops on the nose. Flavour is sweet oily hops and nothing else. Okay mouthfeel. It sorta seems...dumb? Like, they already have a dozen beers that taste like this?
