Cask at the Bree Louise, London. Pours a light hazy russet with a fine, off-white foam head. Light tang in the nose, some toasty dough. Tangy flavor, too, with slight fruits and berries, faint toasty leafy bitterness. Light bodied with fine carbonation. Mildly tangy finish with some toasty dough and bits of berries. Not great condition, but the base beer might not be any good, anyway.

Cask-conditioned at the Commercial rooms (JDW), Bristol 22/05/2012. Deep gold with next to no head. Sweet aroma of caramel, orange and grassy hops. Flavour was less malty than most Moles beers, with a biscuity edge, more fruit and a moderately bitter finish. Good stuff.
