Mildly hazed, golden colour with an amber hue, a big creamy head that is warm off-white with a very long stay, leaving full lacing. Grassy aromas with a touch of pine needles over the caramel malt base. A crisp mouthfeel with enough bite, but a slow building dryness in the finish. Getting a little pink grapefruit in the taste with the piney-grassiness and caramel notes. A real good, kind of refreshing West Coast IPA that is not a hopbomb, and nicely balanced with a touch of citrus from the other coast.

Mid-hazed, golden-orange colour with a creamy-frothy warm off-white cap, good retention, leaving some creamy-foamy lacing. Fruity aromas with a blend of stone fruits and citruses. A juicy-wet mouthfeel, slightly slick with some mild drying in the end. It does build with time, but not overly. Flavours of the stone fruits are slightly taken over by the citrus zestiness. Particles come out at the last pour. A really good juicy, kind of creamy NEIPA with a nice blend of fruitiness, but some zesty-drying finish that builds... slowly.

Clean, golden colour with an amber hue, a warm whitish cap, average stay and a nice foamy lacing ring. Getting hoppiness at first in the nose, but then, cereal grains come out, and later - some wheat notes giving a touch of bananas. The taste continues a grain-banana feel with enough hops to cut the sweetness, creating a decent dryness in the finish. A nice drying Pale Ale with some good, darker cereal malts and cutting hops. I just find the banana hints a little distracting.
