Bottle from Barmann Cellars. Cloudy yellow color scant head. Nice aroma of earthy apple skins, mixed stonefruit, light funk. Taste is funky apple, cereal, scant bitterness. Beautiful balance. Delicious

On tap at Bottleworks, pours a clear blonde with a medium white head. Aroma brings out lots of rustic saison yeast, gentle green tea, and some grainy notes. Flavour is pretty soft, with a nice saison yeast character, plenty of rustic barnyard notes, and not really any notice of the green tea. Nice yeast profile, with subtle complexity. Pleasant.

Murky, not much head. Almost a butterscotch nose. Light tartness and light body. Body a bit watery. Something is a bit off with the ferm.

Bretty, C, black pepper (super fresh upper echelon varietals), lemon balm. Light body, slightly acidic. Very good. Not as complex on the palate as the nose but still damn fine.
