0,5 flaske (takk til Sigmund for denne!), dlet med skibsrederen i en pause på Fridtjofen: uklar blek strågul uten skum. Pærebrus for voksne. HInt av søte, milde citroner. Enkel forfriskning som perler på tungen uten at arbeidslysten meldte seg.

Stark apfeliger Beginn, gelungene süß-trockene Mischung, feine Herbe. Vollmundiger Mittelteil von reifen Äpfeln, trockener werdend, langer fruchtiger Abgang. Gut! 10/11/12/12/9/12

Bottle shared with JMD on board Fridtjofen 26.09.20. Greyish yellow. No head. Aroma and taste of Bitter Lemon, but with less bitterness.

Bottle at Black Prince, New Haw. I had trepidations going into this as I am somewhat partial to one of these sweet. Aroma: sugary custard, perhaps a hint of sourness. Colour wise they got the opaque pink-red spot on. Pity the failed to add in a yellow half. Thin translucent white head just forms a ring. Taste: light-medium sour over a sugary sweet core. Pretty spit on. Light-medium bodied. Slick with a sticky residue. Soft carbonation. Long slightly astringent finish. It's basically an alcopop but I knew it would be like that and it was enjoyable enough.

500ml can. Gold with fizzy head, a ringed retention which disappeared half way through. Aroma of stewed apples, farmyard oak and sulphur; not exactly fresh but promising enough for a cheap cider. Taste was disappointing, a stewed green apple, still slightly tart but very watery. There is a long dry finish but it doesn't really carry forward with any flavour. Body is decent and carbonation average. Its drinkable, not unpleasant, but a poor cider nonetheless.

Danke an HP. Fruity sourness, mild and smooth. Fruity mild. Watery dry in the aftertaste, refreshing fruity, easy to drink. great.
