Draft: Poured a slightly hazy yellow color ale with a nice large foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of fresh peaches notes with some light citrusy hops undertones. Taste is also a mix of dry fresh peaches with some citrusy hops undertones and a mostly dry finish. Body is about average with good carbonation. Well brewed flavoured NEIPA with good balance between fruits and hops.

A milky yellow DIPA with a very thin white head. In aroma, sweet fruity biscuit malt with resinous hops, light mineral notes, light tropical fruits, very nice. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity biscuit malt with resinous floral hops, grapefruit pulp, light tropical fruits, light alcohol warmth, very nice. On tap at Cheshire Cat.

Medium brown. Decently thick head. Thin and toasty like they don't understand the concept. I care not for dry, thin stout.

Murky amber, thick head. Yeasty amber with a slight smoke note? In a malt-forward amber I need the malt to be well-developed and the presentation to be cleaner.

Opaque, pale, with a thick head. Smells like some sauvin and citrus. On the palate, much the same. I like the kiwi/sauvin character, though the malts are a bit soupy and not great. There's a bit of grapefruit, too, but again, structurally not supported all that well.
