(swing top bottle) Slightly hazy pale golden colour with a big bubbling white foamy head. Lightly yeasty, sweet malty and herbal and floral hoppy aroma with notes of grape fruits. Sweetbitter, medium bodied, moderately carbonated mouthfeel. Sweet malty and yeasty start with a malty and herbal hoppy finish, slightly bitter. A good and fine Zwickelbier !

(swing-top-bottle) Clear and pale golden colour with a big foamy white head with nice lace. Light sweet malty nose with honey and shy floral hops in the background. Light sweet flavour, light to medium body, moderate carbonation. Malty start with a light floral hoppy finish, slightly bitter and quite short. Still a decent Helles.

(bottle) Clear and pale golden colour with a mid-sized foamy white head. Herbal hoppy and dense malty aroma with fruity (grapes) notes. Initial sweet and slightly toasted malty taste with fruity elements and a rather harsh, dry and hopbitter finish. Not very complex nor rounded, but quite tasty.

(bottle) Clear and pale golden colour with a small frothy white head. Grainy malty and light hoppy aroma. Light bitter flavour, light to medium body, fizzy carbonation. Initially light sweet maltytaste with cardboard, weak slightly hoppy and light bitter finish. Unbalanced and less than average Helles.

Fruity malty nose topped off with aroatic hops. Deep golden color, the occasional bubble, low lacing head. Solid sweet malt body, hayish in the middle, finished of woth a subtle portion bittering hops, honey aftertaste. Full and prickling mouthfeel. It is a quite decent Helles, but I had hoped they would have been a bit more imaginative and experimental on their birthday beer.

Clove aroma notes Cloudy yellow, fluffy white head. Spicy notes dominate (nutmeg, vanilla). Lightish body, fizzing mouthfeel, chalky/yeasty and peppery aftertaste. Not entirely harmonic wheat.
