GBBF Day 2. Cask. Hazy yellowish gold beer, small pale cream colour head. Smooth palate, fairly flat. Sweetish malts and obvious banana esters. Insipid citrus. Smooth finish. Is this supposed to be a banana beer?

18/7/2019. Bottle shared at the South West tour bottle share. Bought at Connollys Livery Street, Birmingham. Pours very pale gold with a fluffy white head. Aroma of hops, citrus, malt with earthy, piney, starchy notes. Moderate sweetness and light bitterness. Light body, slight oily texture, soft carbonation. A little disappointing though it is supporting a very worthy cause so credit to them for that.
