Pours intensely dark. Nearly black. Scent is very full, intense red berry juice. Taste is silky smooth, super intense. Clear on honey, with a blast of fruits. Mild BA profile, too mild for the big price-up for the BBA. Anyway, appart from that, absolutely a great mead !

B1. Pours clear, very dark red. Scent is strawberry, tropical, raspberry. Very lovely ! Taste is full, very intense, red fruits. Medium high acidity. Lovely raspberry finish. medium honey expression.
