375mL bottle, pours a deep dark mahogany. Aroma has decadent raspberry jam, and rich, deep honey—very elegant. Flavour is super rich, with intense, succulent raspberries, rich honey nectar, and a very jammy, almost syrupy palate. Viscous palate, endless complexity. Wonderful.

Bottle shared at the craft beer junction bermondsey tasting. A clear deep plum purple coloured pour with no head. Aroma is big cherry cough sweets, vanilla, cakey, marzipan. Flavour is composed of medium sweet, cherry, marzipan, amaretto, raisin, fruit, blackberry,. Palate is medium sweet, sticky, spicy. Mellow carbonation. Remarkable.

375 bottle. This is batch 16. Pour is a purple color. The nose is big and and bold with currants and blackberries. The taste, like the nose, is over-the-top currants and blackberries. Some tart acidity is a nice counterbalance to the whole. Palate is full and coats the mouth well. Finishes long and glorious. Overall: Top shelf baby,

Wishing Ken a speedy recovery! This is delish, almost split 50/50 caramelized apple and honey cranberry flavor, a bit murky which is a surprise for schramms but it's an old one! Kinda wish I had saved it for actual fall weather, oh well. Addictive!
