Bottle pour shared by AdamChandler--thanks, Adam! at OT Camp tasting. Clear, hazy gold with no sparkle, nice viscosity, no lacing. Aroma is strong honey, menthol, grape, florals/lavender. Taste is strong honey, mint, florals/lavender. Smooth, silky texture, soft carbonation, medium bodied, mellow finish as taste. Thoroughly enjoyable.

Bottled. Clear viscous deep amber, still. Very sweet with full body and viscous mouthfeel. Balsamic honey, walnuts and sunflower seeds. Clover and nuts. Complex. Sticky warming finish.

Bottled. Clear, bright golden, still. Generous buttery bourbon and apple aroma. Very sweet with full body and rounded mouthfeel. Cinnamon apples and bourbon, honey takes the backseat. Warming finish.

Bottled. Clear bright yellow, still. Intense aroma of eucalypthus and spicy bark. Very sweet with full body and rounded, viscous mouthfeel. Intense honey with balsamic eucalypthus. Warming, sticky finish.

375ml bottle. Pours a copper-brown color. The aroma is mostly honey with some faint apples. While the aroma was faint and indistinct, that was not the case of the taste. The taste was big and bold with apples, currants, honey, some woody tannins, and yes-sherry too. The palate was full and viscous. Finished fantastically long and sweet (but not cloying). Overall: Overall: Top shelf stuff, probably only a once in a lifetime experience. Paired passably well with some imported provolone ( I should have paired it with some Humboldt fog).

375mL bottle, pours a deep dark mahogany. Aroma has decadent raspberry jam, and rich, deep honey—very elegant. Flavour is super rich, with intense, succulent raspberries, rich honey nectar, and a very jammy, almost syrupy palate. Viscous palate, endless complexity. Wonderful.

Bottle shared to Random Stranger. Bit hazy deep red. Indeed a ton of cranberries, sweet joney, creamy, raspberries, vanilla, floral, soft alcohol, sour red currants. Solid sweet, light sour. Full bodied. Noice.
