Greenish yellow colour. Powerful nice citrus aroma. SOme ginger and apple notes. Acetic strong ginger flavor but still quite nice. Average finish, Oily palate.

Apples and honey for Rosh Hashanah. Floral nose. Sweet honeyed raspberry, a bit too sweet for me. Would be really good in a dessert context. Thick sticky mouthfeel, currants on the finish. 4000th different check-in

Bottle. Pours a hydrated pee with no head whatsoever. Aroma has dry honey and dry apple with a bit of flora underlying. Flavor has a bit more of a sweet honey with growing dry apple and a light hint of flora.

At Van Moll corona fest. Watery appearance, no head at all. Aroma is very light. Actually flavor is too. Maybe lightly apple? Applepeel? Odd. Not a standard mead that's for sure. Like a mead mixed with a cider or something. Wtf...

Shared at Jimmy's after the AmLam share. Pours a clear nut brown with no head. Lovely notes of date, cinnamon and nutmeg. The maple really meld well with the date. Smooth and bit warming on the finish.
