At Van Moll corona fest. Watery appearance, no head at all. Aroma is very light. Actually flavor is too. Maybe lightly apple? Applepeel? Odd. Not a standard mead that's for sure. Like a mead mixed with a cider or something. Wtf...

Shared at Jimmy's after the AmLam share. Pours a clear nut brown with no head. Lovely notes of date, cinnamon and nutmeg. The maple really meld well with the date. Smooth and bit warming on the finish.

On tap at Wakefest. Pours a yellow gold with no head. The aroma is mango, apple skin, and honey. Slick body, apple, mango, light sweetness, good.

This is the driest thing I've ever tasted I think, super dry upfront, not much nose, zippy tight finish

bottle at home... golden amber.. no head.. Light smoke.. thought pig.. but yeah pinnaples nose.. soft spicy pinnaples.. long soft spicy smoke... wierd... interesting.... but nit sure
