Pale straw. Winter spiced vibes. Cinnamon, vanilla, mild spicy ginger. Watery apple underneath with green twig aroma. Juicy, tart, pleasant.

Bottle shared thanks to sjogro. Clear light yellow with no real head. Quite some ginger, soft lemon, green apple, soft mineral funk. Under medium sweet and sour. Over light bodied with soft sparkly carbonation.

Reminds me of this superstition mead they did with cloves and weird winter spices, except this isn't overly sweet, it's mellow chai notes, slight sweet finish, fun stuff.

Half liter bottle from Keweenaw Coop, 6/27/20. Clear red, thin fizzy head that quickly fades. Aroma of apple and grape skins, berry, herbal notes. Taste is berry Jello, honey, apple. Medium bodied, sweet and lightly tart with a hint of pepper.

Half liter bottle from Keweenaw Co-op, 6/22/20. Hazy gold, thin head that quickly fades. Aroma of strong honey, citrus, faint apple. Taste is apple, apple skins, earth, honey, lemony citrus. Medium bodied, well balanced. More honey forward than apple but a nice cyser.

Bottle shared at home. Almost clear light brown with small off white head. Cinnamon, cloves, swee tdd apple, don't get much tea but it really has some winter spices going on with some chai. Flowery, red apple, more aromatic spices. Medium sweet, under medium tart and very light bitter. Medium bodied with soft carbonation. Pretty nice winter cider.
