Bottle 0.5l at home, Nivala. Thanks rauchbierlover! Color is slightly cloudy brown with small white head. Aromas and flavors: Bread, grain, wheat and malts. Simple but clean.

0,5 bottle. Bavarian. Real. Appear completely. Classic bottle and label. A huge snow-white heat that lasts until the end of time. Nice, opaque unfiltered wheat beer color - I can't tell you anything else. Aroma: I can't get involved in this either. Not so intense maybe, but a perfect, clean, banana, yeasty, breaded wheat beer scent. There were plenty of selected, dry yeasts in it, too. Not just to look, the whole drink is like a delicious Juice. Wheat Beer Juice. Weak carbonic acid, which makes you feel everything you need in a PERFECT Bavarian wheat. I think that's it! You can come at any time! Highly recommended! I can't give him less points!

Bajor. Igazi. Megjelenésre teljesen. Klasszikus palack, és cimke. Hatalmas hófehér hab, ami az idők végezetéig tart. Szép, opálos szűretlen búzasör szín - nem tudok rá mást mondani. Aroma: nem tudok ebbe sem belekötni. Nem annyira intenzív talán, de tökéletes, tiszta, banános, élesztős, kenyeres búzasör illat. "Sürü. :) " Rengeteg kiválasztott élesztő is volt benne. Nem csak kinézetre, az egész ital olyan, mint egy finom Juice. Búzasör Juice. Gyenge szénsav, ami miatt tökéletesen érezhető minden, ami egy TÖKÉLETES bajor búzába kell. Ez szerintem az! Bármikor jöhet! Kiemelten ajánlott! Nem tudok neki kevesebb pontot adni!--- Elképzelehető, hogy "frissen" nem ilyen, én jólejárat előtt két héttel vettem. Szerintem érdemes megpróbálni hagyni " érni"...

Bottle at home from Trembling Madness, 14th March 2021. Pours clear and golden, huge characteristic head. Aroma is citrus, clove and nana. Taste is refreshing, yeasty banana, spice and light citrus, with an over ripe banana linger with spices. Excellent Hefeweizen

Bottled 500ml (AIH128)
Hazy orange colour, small steady white head and lace. Sweet worty aroma. Light to medium-bodied. Watery, sweet and worty flavour, some banana. Way too bready.

Dunkler Weizenbock, mit 17 % Stammwürze und 7,2 % Alk. Viel cremiger Schaum, schöne dunkle Farbe, enorme Menge Hefe die durchs Glas wabert. Vergleichsweise viel, extrem feinperlige Kohlensäure. Trotzdem noch recht süffig. Malzige und hefige Noten fallen auf, auch etwas Frucht (insbesondere Traube). Alles bestimmend ist allerdings eine sehr stark alkoholige Note. Die bittere Alkoholnote, zusammen mit der Kohlensäure überdeckt ziemlich alles, was man noch rausschmecken könnte. Kann so nicht mit dem Weltklasse hellen und dunklen Weizen aus gleichem Haus mithalten - vom Weißbierspezialisten Gutmann erwartet man einfach mehr. Diese hohe Erwartungen werden allerdings vom hellen Gutmann Weizenbock zu 100 % erfüllt. Der dunkle Bock kommt da leider nicht mal ansatzweise ran.

Can from that German online place, split at the Hazlemere lockdown 2 tasting, 04/09/20. Hazed orange with a decent off white covering. Nose is muted citric zest, pale malts, light breads, yeast esters, floral notes. Taste comprises lemon rind, grass, yeast esters, soft breads, light herb, hint of caramel. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Top notch Hefe.
