Leicht eingetrübte goldene Farbe mit weißer Schaumkrone. Malziger, hefiger, fruchtiger Geruch. Geschmacklich malzig, hefig, würzig, fruchtig mit Banane. Hohe Süße mit leichter Bitterkeit, leichter Körper mit spürbarer Kohlensäure.

Bottle online from Raynville Superstore. Pours a hazy pale orange colour with a large thick creamy white head. Aromas of bananas, pear drops, cloves and peppery spice. Taste is again more bananas, pear drops, cloves and peppery spice with an added note of bubblegum and and a touch of warming alcohol. Medium to full body with fairly low carbonation and smooth oily mouthfeel. Maybe not one of my favourite styles of beer but this is a very good example of the style. Nice.

500 ml bottle. Cloudy dark brown with a fluffy head. Dark pine honey, dark bread, NA notes, rye, citrus, nuts, maple syrup. Mild dry bitterness, honey sweetness. Light bodied, watery texture, lively carbonated, dry sweet malty bready finish. Nice NA Weizen!

0.33 l bottle from the brewery's web shop, best before May 2024. Hazy, orangeish golden with a medium large, dense, slowly diminishing, white head. Sweetish, rather yeasty-spicy, moderately fruity aroma of lots of clove, banana, nutmeg, some honey, a touch of apricot and light pear. Quite sweet, malty, fairly yeasty-spicy, slightly fruity taste of banana, clove, honey, apricot, nutmeg and hints of pear, followed by a short, moderately bitter, slightly dry and a bit chalky finish. Medium to full body, quite effervescent mouthfeel, average carbonation. Lovely Weizenbock with subtle barrel influences. Not as outspoken as the gin version, therefore rather harmonious and balanced. Good one, what else.

0.5 l bottle from 'Bierothek' (online), best before November 2023. Hazy, deep reddish brown with a medium large, foamy, almost stable, beige head. Sweetish-malty, minimally floral aroma of grains, some corn flakes and maybe light caramel. Quite sweet, malty, moderately bitter, slightly floral taste of grains, corn flakes, some bread and light nuts, followed by a short, slightly bitter, moderately dry finish. Thin to medium, smooth and slightly effervescent mouthfeel, average carbonation. Fairly standard dark NA beer, no wheat beer character whatsoever. Bland.
