From Heinrich 3000, in my opinion, it is a decent weissbier, free of alcool, a bit sour, a bit watery, touch of banana, cloves, few hop, 30.11.18, in my hotel room, holiday inn, Berg am Laim

Very satisfying. Brewed with barley, wheat, and spelt. I have a bottle of the normal Dunkles but it'll have to wait until February.

0,33 l bottle. BB 17.05.26. Murky flat golden in the glass, small one finger white head. Sweet banana on the nose. Taste has also sweet banana, pale malty, alcoholic. Soft bitterness. Low carbonated. Long lasting aftertaste. Expected a little bit more deepness.

0.50l bottle, courtesy of CanCrusher, huge thanks! Aroma of wheat, banana, grass and flowers. Pours cloudy golden color with large soapy white head and sparkling appearance. Taste starts mild sweet grainy with banana peel note, following is refreshing yeasty, grassy and floral, mouthfeel is smooth but rather dry, while finish is average bitter. Light to medium body, slick texture and average carbonation in palate. Gutmann for Gutman, finally…

0.5 l bottle from 'Rudat', best before December 2025. Hazy, golden amber with a large, foamy, stable, white head. Sweetish, quite yeasty-spicy aroma of banana, clove and some honey. Slightly sweet, moderately bitter, quite yeasty-spicy taste of grains, banana, clove and light honey, followed by a short, moderately bitter, a bit chalky finish. Medium body, quite effervescent mouthfeel, average to lively carbonation. Decent Weizen.
