Dark coppery color, off-white head, short retention. Aroma is toasty with caramelish hints. Flavor with a light bitterness, earthy notes. Caramelish final, dry mouthfeel.

Bottle @ home. Kinda unpleasant. Malty, quite bitter and dry. Also a bit boring.

50 cl. bottle @ home, bought @ Lidl Culemborg. Clear light amber with a white head. Bready aroma with some hops and caramel. Sweet taste with a bitter undertone. Good balanced mature taste and body. Very solid English bitter.

Ein typisches englisches Bier mit hopfenbetonten Charakter. Wie einige Vorbewerter schon sagten, ganz gut, aber nix besonderes.

Cask in Isle of Man. Good creamy foam and light copper liquid with soft cloudiness. Sweet peach on the nose and a hint of biscuit. Flavour is soft biscuit and hints of peach. Not bad at all.

Fles 50cl thuis. Malten, beetje caramel, fruittonen, hopbitters, bittere nadronk die wat blijft hangen. (3-6-2018).
