Thnx to Simon ! Pours dark unclear redamber. Small white head. Smell is earthy , fruity . taste is Sharp, sour, dry, very malty in the back. Has aspect of an American sour. Nice

Bottle #109/420 shared with AlexFields @ In de Wildeman, Amsterdam. Nice darkdark amber color, average sized pinkish head. Aroma is ripe sweet cherries, a touch of black cherries and some blackberries. Taste is red fruit, grapes, and soft balanced tart. Absolutely delicious! Very well balanced. Damn good.

Bottle sampled at De Prael during Carnival Brettanomyces ’15. Very hazy pink red with a small off white head. Aroma of tart red fruit, raspberries showing up, mineral aspects and a citrus touch. Flavour is above light sweet and above moderate sour. Light to light medium bodied with soft carbonation.

Sampled at Oedipus, Zwanze day ’15. Hazy orange with a medium bubbly white head. Aroma of citrus, light malt, a light funk and some doughy notes. Flavour is above light sweet and moderate sour. Light to medium bodied with light carbonation.

750 ml. bottle sampled @ Carnivale Brettanomyces 2015. Rich fruit, lactic, med. sourness, low acidity, light funk. Overall a great sour profile & rich fruit flavor. Really nice & strongly impressive. I made sure to remember the name Tommie Sjef as should other fans of sours. //// Tried again: THANKS for sharing RB people! Sampled bottled @ In De Wildeman during Carnivale Brettanomyces 2016! Upping the score for this one, strawberry is insane here, massive rich fruit, mild complimentary tartness, wonderful. From 4.6 to 4.8.
