75cl bottle No. 98 / 420. From trade with MonsterMagnet. Many thanks David! Pours deep red, pinkish hint to a big white head. Aroma has light grape / berry hints. Taste is wonderfully crisp, sharp and super refreshing on a hot day such as today. Vinous echoes with light residual grapes emerging on the finish. Perfect level of carbonation. Good, balanced, captivating sour. A new one to watch for sure!

Bottle @ in de Wildeman, medium sample. Slight hazy golden color, medium frothy head. Aroma is soft hoppy, bit grassy, slight funky notes, but mostly soft hoppy grassy. In taste lot more of the sourness comes through, wonderfully balanced between citric and lactic notes, soft fruity. Great complexity, superb balance. Tommie does it again.

Bottle shared by Caesar. Clear orange golden color, average sized off-white head. Aroma is fresh strawberry and light sour. Taste strawberry sweet and a light unripe strawberry hint. Unripe strawberries perhaps a little too much...

Thank you Kraddel! 750 ml. bottle. 68/420 sampled. Pours a very bright deep grape red, light pomegranate hue, little pink head. Nose is very acidic upfront, lemon acidity, with very sour cherry & red grape, some funk in the back but the funk feels rather dirty, ditch water, faintly watery & rotting lemon. Body is lightly watery, sharp, raw. Very acidic upfront, wet mop brett, dirty funk, ditch water, crazily acidic, very sour berries & grapes, very puckering, raw sour. Messy, harsh & the funk is a bit too dirty for me. Bit like a very raw, too wild grape lambiek. Below expectations & definelty nowhere near the level of Aardbei. Curious as to what he will do next.
