473mL can. Pours clear blonde with a white head. Dry Brett, oak, and tangy NZ hops on the nose. Flavour is quite oaky, dry Brett, gentle citrus, and a vinous hop character. Brett is well-balanced with the hops and the foeders round everything out very well. Really nice Brett beer.

On tap at Category 12. Pours black with a light beige head. Burnt bread and bread crusts on the nose. Flavour is dry and roasty, pretty solid malt profile for a dry stout. For the style this is quite nice.

On tap at Category 12. Pours clear pale gold with a white head. Very dank and herbal nose. Flavour has a pretty similar hop expression; very dank and pot-like with more of a dry, herbal grassiness near the end. Very competently made IPA.

On tap at Category 12. Pours dark brown with a beige head. Nose is nice and toasty with a bit of burnt bread crusts. Flavour is a bit one-dimensional with some thin toasted malts and a dry grassy hopping. It's not bad, cleanly made, but not embracing the extent of the style.

On tap at Category 12. Pours clearish light gold with a white head. Tons of Brett with a kick of orange peels on the nose. Flavour has a pretty solid Brett expression with hops coming through dry and grassy with some orange peels. Very well-executed.

On tap at Category 12. Pours a clear golden amber with a white head. Light Belgian yeast and caramel malts on the nose. Flavour has a fairly timid Belgian yeast expression, gentle caramelization, some bready malts. Not the most vibrant use of Belgian yeast, but it's clean and pleasant to drink.

On tap at Category 12. Pours clear blonde with a white head. Soft and slightly fruity Belgian yeast on the nose. Flavour has a very pleasant Belgian yeast expression: soft, slightly floral, light spicing, and a touch of bubblegum. Very nicely done

On tap at Category 12 (as Shift). Pours clear blonde with a white head. Biscuit malts and a tangy, vinous hop expression on the nose. Flavour has a lovely NZ hop expression, full of fruity gooseberries and a white wine character. Malts are crisp and clean. Excellent.

Plus a bight mahogany with little head. Aromas of old socks, earthy Belgian yeast, died fruit and toasted malts. Flavors of dried apricots, dark fruity esters, a bit of caramel and toasted malts.

473mL can’t pours black with a small beige head. Aroma has a nice toasty character, almost roasty, with crusty dry bready and some earthiness. Flavour is fairly tame, with clean toasted malt, a hint of nuttiness, and earthy dry bready crusts. Clean and reasonably made. Decent but boring, even for the style.
