Clean amber colour with some golden highlights, a light-beige head leaving some lace on the brew. Aromas of toastiness, bread, over the mild caramel malt base and hints of bananas. The taste is toasty malts, but some decent hops cut the richness of this style. The alcohol seems quite well-hidden. Not a bad stronger Weizenbock that is on the side of easier to drink.

Clean, dark brown colour with some ruby higllights, a fluffy-frothy warm-beige head, good stay and lots of sticky lacing. Aromas are a nice mix of grassy hops and the roasted malts. Hints of cacao balance things. The taste is smooth, with not overly hoppiness, but enough to cover the roasty barley base. Slick mouthfeel with a slow building dryness, that stays refreshing. An easy-drinking Black IPA that does the job.

Enjoyed in a glass at the brewpub, then at home in a can. Clean amber colour with nice, slow tiny-bubble carbonation. The head is warm light-beige with good retention and full lacing. Belgian yeast aromas with spices like cloves, wheat-bananas, a herbal touch and some mineral notes. Continuing in the taste with a mild caramel malt base and a tad of rustiness. More of a good, refreshing, easy-drinking Dubbel that is not too heavy, but has the characteristics of the style.

Can from the brewpub - called now Hops on a Bike. Pours a clean golden colour with a big, frothy-creamy warm-white head with goos retention, leaving sticky foamy lacing. Grassy-piney aromas over a caramel malt base and a touch of citrus. The mouthfeel is crisp, with not much stickiness, thickness, left with a thin drying finish. Again, a nice blend of citrus-pine notes with mild cereal malt in the background. A very drinkable, crisp, refreshing Cold IPA that goes down nicely.

Clean, dark brown colour with ruby-copper highlights, a frothy-creamy beige head, good retention and full creamy lacing. Roasted malt aromas with fresh coffee notes, some molasses and some dark fruits. The mouthfeel is slick and oily with a touch of woody, tart in the finish, with the drying end. The taste is mostly roasted barley, with a blend of dark fruits (plums, dates) and hints of molasses creating a little bitterness. A pretty decent Stout where the oats balance things nicely and smooth. Can from the brewpub.

Clean, mid-golden colour with a big white cap, good stay and foamy lacing. Pears fruit in the nose with some mild hoppy-grassiness over the cereal malts. The hops are a little more in the taste over the maltiness. A decent mouthfeel for a lager, and the finish does bring a touch of bitterness, with the dryness. Not a bad American Lager with just a tad more hops than most.

Lightly hazy, golden colour with an amber hue, a creamy warm-whitish head, good retention and thick, creamy lacing. Pineapples aromas with citrus notes and hints of tropical fruits. This continues into the flavours. Some good orange juices, lemon zest and tropical notes. Gets hazier as it pours. A touch of tart is left on the with a mild dryness. Quite a nice juicy, hazy IPA that is quite refreshing. Can from the brewpub.

Lightly hazed, golden colour with orange highlights, a frothy-soapy white head, average stay and some decent foamy lacing ring that climbs the glass. Citrus hop aromas with a touch of oats, then darker, greener grassiness, almost piney. More citrusy in the taste, but the greener West Coast style hoppiness does appear a touch. Particles do fall out of the can at the last pour. Quite a nice Session IPA that is hazy, juicy, but with just a tad West Coast style. Can from the brewpub.

On the clean side, amber colour with a golden highlight, a light-beige head, average stay and good lacing spots and streams. Big apple aromas with darker grain malts and blending, leafy-grassy hops. A crisp mouthfeel with decent dryness. A caramel malt base with bready notes, and mild hoppiness in the end. One of their better balanced brew - a pretty good Vienna. Can from the brewpub.

Clean, deep amber colour with a frothy, light-beige head, good stay and lacing. Caramel, rye malt aromas with some fruitiness, nuttiness and even some peppery notes. The mouthfeel is on the thin side, kind of slick. Fruity malt flavours with decent, light hops in the finish. An easy-drinking Irish Red Ale with an interesting nose. Can from brewpub.
