Can to English pint glass.
Appearance: dark brown color with a two finger eggshell white foamy head which dissipated nicely to leave some light lace
Aroma: chocolate, roasted nuts, bread, and a caramel/toffee malt backbone play with some citrusy/piney hops
Flavor: brings the prior noted aromas to a fine bittersweet blend in an earthy sort of way; finishes nutty, semi-toasty and caramel-like
Texture: light to medium bodied, some sessionability about it, some smoothness but also some hop aggression, nothing overbearing - just noticeable
Overall: this is an American brown ale and it's one I would return to.

Can to becher glass.
Appearance: dark murky copper color with a two finger white foamy head which dissipated nicely to leave some light lace
Aroma: green pepper, earthy/herbal, grassy hop bitterness, some doughy malts
Flavor: pretty much takes those prior noted aromas to mesh in a more bitter sort of way; finishes with the grassy hop bitterness and some earthiness
Texture: about medium bodied - maybe a touch under, can't entirely determine if this sessionable or a sipper - hmmmmm...., some smoothness but also some hop astringency
Overall: I'm not exactly sure what happened with this one, I mean I enjoyed the rest of their lineup but this one was rough to say the least.

Can to tulip.
Appearance: yellow to copper blended color with a two finger white foamy head which dissipated nicely to leave some lace
Aroma: grassy to earthy character with some light lemon and crushed clove, slighty wheaty tones but even that seems a bit of a stretch
Flavor: mildly malty sweet through the prior noted aromas with a bit of a citrusy sweet tone trying to balnce the beer; finishes crisp, citrusy and an ever so slight touch of spice
Texture: light bodied, sessionable, some smoothness but also light spicy notes of slight assertiveness
Overall: is a "New Hampshire wit" an Americanized version of a Belgian wit? If so, sure this isn't bad and I think I could go at more of this for me but if the brewer is trying to brew a true Belgian witbier they might want to reconvene and see about some recipe changes with this one.

Can to tulip.
Appearance: dark red with a slight hue of purple and a one finger foamy off white head which dissipated at a nice pace to leave some light lace
Aroma: red raspberries, subtle lemony tones, and an even more subtle grassy sweet to tart character
Flavor: tart to sweet to sour character running through the prior noted aromas; finishes red raspberry tones and a touch of some lemony character
Texture: light to medium bodied, somewhat sessionable, light smoothness but the shrapnel of the tart and sour blessings seem to counter that smoothness that tried to take shape on the tongue
Overall: nicely done as a fruited sour ale I would have again.

Can to becher glass.
Appearance: burnt orange close to copper color with a one and a half fingers of white foamy head which dissipated nicely to leave some light lace
Aroma: citrusy hops, danky to earthy hops, and a little bit of grapefruity hops punch in on some light clean malts
Flavor: meshes the prior noted aromas together in a semi-bittersweet to bitter quality; mild finish of the citrusy hops and malts
Texture: light to medium bodied, sessionable, some smoothness, low carb, and also some dryness
Overall: nice enough as an APA but it is a fairly dryer NEPA if that's what the brewer is going for. I believe I could still return to this.

A hazed golden saison with a thin lacing white head. In aroma, sweet fruity malt with light herbs, light coriander, fruity esters, pleasant. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity malt with light coriander, fruity esters, light cloves, pleasant.

5 oz draft. Aroma and flavor are a match. Bold lasting raspberries that linger well after the sip. Moderate lasting sour pucker. Pretty well made. Just be ready for the sourness.

Undated can from the cooler, drunk 9/23/24. Lightly hazy, copper-amber-brass. Large, white head atop, well-retained. Not a ton of aroma. Grass and light juice mix together with biscuity, crackery malts behind it. Not much brightness or comforting malt or juicy hop. Clean, from what I can tell, though. Softer mouthfeel with expansive carbonation and moderate maltiness. Good attenuation. Sharp, grassy bitterness is odd, not to-style. I get wanting to give some solid bitterness to a style that is woefully underbittered, but this isn't the way to do it. The palate does accustom to it, somewhat. Doughy, mushy malts remain adding honey and white bread. Vague fruitiness from the rather unexpressive hops. Again, it's clean, drinkable and competent, but just a bit lackluster in the hop category and the grassy bitterness isn't doing much for it, either.

Pours deep hazy mango into a tulip. White head with little retention recedes to hug rim. Mango and tangerine aromas. Medium bodied with mango, passion fruit and melon upfront turning to bitter apple and tangerine peel/pith in the dry, lasting finish. I enjoyed the gimmick... hoping to the totality tomorrow...

16 can. Aroma and flavor or mirror. Tart passion fruit with mild lactic acid. More tart than sour with a very mild pucker in the glands. I love passion fruit so this works for me.
