Slightly unfiltered with tiny transparent particles. Bright, light-golden colour with a frothy-bubbly white head, good stay and loads of thick foamy lacing. Citrus lightly sourness for aromas, with some light grass and hints of banana from wheat. Saison nose it is with light Belgian Ale yeast, but the taste gives a dry finish. A little citrus zest, peel with some grassy dry hops. Gets a little hazy, cloudy near the last pour. Not a bad lighter Saison with more dryness to balance out the lower alcohol.

This pils poured a hazy eep yellow with a bright white, foamy head. Minimal lacing. Scents include pineapple citrus, white bread and frozen veggies. First swig was delicious with flavours of citrus hops, honey and dough. Finish is mildly hoppy with that citrus flavour lingering forever.

A very slight hazy, light golden-yellow colour with a fizzy foamy white cap, disappearing quickly, but a soapy ring stays. Very mild nose of cereal grains with some hoppiness that gives out grape and gooseberry hints. The mouthfeel is kind of thin, kind of dry. The malt is low with some decent hops in the finish. All is pretty light in this one, but does the job. Interesting dry-pils.
