12oz shared with Josh @ Ryan's (thx for the beer, man!). Appearance: almost clear blonde with a white head. Aroma: flowery and a bit grassy, crispy. Taste: along the same lines, quite bitter. Overall: refreshing, but a bit too bitter for me.

Pale gold, there's a fair bit of grassy noble hop on the aroma. A bit of pale malt, some spiciness there, too, almost like cumin seed. On the palate, dry, lean, good pale malt. Moderate bitterness, again with a herbaceous hop, and again a slight cumin note... so Tango is a new hop for me and this is a new character for me. I'm guessing that's not a coincidence. Very solid brew.

355mL can, pours a deep dark reddish brown with a small beige head. Aroma brings out lots of bready malt, toasted caramel, and a little toasted nuts. Flavour is dry and malty, with lots of toasted nuts, bready malt, and a tiny hint of sweetness. Dry, bready, nutty finish. Well-made.

Slightly unfiltered with tiny transparent particles. Bright, light-golden colour with a frothy-bubbly white head, good stay and loads of thick foamy lacing. Citrus lightly sourness for aromas, with some light grass and hints of banana from wheat. Saison nose it is with light Belgian Ale yeast, but the taste gives a dry finish. A little citrus zest, peel with some grassy dry hops. Gets a little hazy, cloudy near the last pour. Not a bad lighter Saison with more dryness to balance out the lower alcohol.

This pils poured a hazy eep yellow with a bright white, foamy head. Minimal lacing. Scents include pineapple citrus, white bread and frozen veggies. First swig was delicious with flavours of citrus hops, honey and dough. Finish is mildly hoppy with that citrus flavour lingering forever.
