Draught@brewpub. Hazy deep yellow colour, mediumsized creamy white head. A lot of banana in the aroma along with yeast and wheat. Flavour is big wheat, citrus and some yeast. Also a mild touch of caramel. Really pleasant. refreshing and nice brew.

Draught. Very deep ruby red colour, big beige creamy/bubbly head. Lots of lace. Aroma is caramel malts, some toffee and mildly rubbery notes. Flavour is very roasted malts, some toffee, licorice and mild herbal notes. Longlasting roasted aftertaste.

Draught@brewpub. Hazy orange opaque colour with big beige bubbly head. Aroma is quite yeasty and malty. Flavour is yeast, malts, some hops and mild notes of wood. Also some diacetyl. Nothing very special.

draught at the brewpub. Deep golden colour, hazy, enorumously large and creamy head. Intesnively hoppy in a very pleasant way, full-bodied with a solid and tasty malty base. Lovely - ceske pivo jak ma byt!

On tap at Strahov: Pitch black, mid-sized brownish head, sticking to the glass, deep roast-malty and fruity (dark, dried berries) and distinctive aromatic hoppy nose, quite dry, full bitter-sweet flavour, medium to full bodied, distinctive fruity traces (or liquorice) in the dryish roastmalty-bitter finish. Superbly balanced Bock, not too sweet with very well hidden alcohol. Gorgeous stuff from a very good pivovar...........

on tap at Klasterni Pivovar in Prague. Dark brown, large head, slightly hazy, as it is unfiltered. Lovely taste with flavours of wild berries, roasted malt, coffee and caramel. Not sweet at all.

Pours a nice hazy golden colour with creamy white head and ordinary pils nose. The aroma is very malty and hoppy with pleasant bitter Saaz hop notes. Moderate sweet but watery finish, otherwise very nice brew.

Pours a nice amber/orange colour with a medium sized white head and fruity nose. Very aromatic hoppy, floral and citrusy aroma. Hoppy bitterness in the finish.
