bottle, bought at the brewery. Hazy golden-amber yellow, large head. Lovely hoppy aroma. Full-bodied, solid malty base with fantastic hoppy flavours thrughout. These hops are a real pleasure, very aromatic with a pleasant bitterness. Well-balanced beer, fantastic stuff.

on tap at the brewpub. Cloudy pale yellow colour, large white head. Malty, wheaty, fruity. Not a lot of banana, rather fruity with hints of orange and lemon zest. Pleasantly yeasty. Very lively carbonation.

Bottled. Dark chestnut brown, majestic gead. Fruity nose with a touch of licorice. Soft and desne mouthfeel. there’s licorice and toasty bread togather with perfumy hops. Long salty bitterness.

(6/24/08) Draught at the brewpub in Prague. Cloudy yellow with a big bubbly white head. Aroma of wheat, fruity esters (some banana) and some clove notes. Sweetish flavor with some clove, lots of banana, some bubblegum and mild tartness towards the finish (and maybe a bit of bitterness). Medium-bodied. A nice Weizen.

(6/24/08) Draught at the brewpub in Prague. Dark brown color with a big stable beige head. Aroma of toasted/roasted malt, some coffee, light yeast hints and maybe a bit of licorice. Sweet flavor with roasted malt, light coffee notes and some caramel. Medium-bodied. Nice stuff.
