(bottle) Clear, dark brown colour with a medium-sized off-white foamy head. Sweetish, quite soapy nose with light notes of toasted malt and caramel; sweet and slightly bitter flavour; slightly roasted and a bit perfumed malt-character with a touch of caramel; light sweet and bitter, papery malty finish with faint hoppy notes. Not very pleasant.

Bottle: Slightly hazy, amber coloured, stable fluffy head with a creamy surface; dark-malty and dark fruity nose, wheat detectable; sweet (-malty) and sourish flavour, light to medium bodied, soft MF; tart, almost hoppy, drier finish with a chocolatey tinge. A pleasant Dunkelweizen.............

Bottle: Pale golden, big fluffy white head, quite stable; delicate lemony and wheaty nose; moderate sweetish-sourish flavour, light bodied; sweet fruity finish with the faintest illusion of tartness. Average, unspectacular Hefeweizen.........

Bottle: Deep amber coloured, slowly diminishing tanned head; caramelly and soapy nose, moderate sweetish (perfumed)-bitter flavour, light bodied; roast-malty, sweetish, perfumed finish with a touch of vegetables. Almost a drainpour..............

Bottle: Pale golden, slowly collapsing big head, sticking to the glass; sweet-malt, cardboard and grassy bitterness in the aroma with a phenolic-fruity touch; moderate, quite dry bitter-sweet flavour, light bodied to watery; short veggy-malty finish with a harsh dry-bitter aftertaste. Unpleasant Pilsener, a real "Premium"-Bier...............

Bottle, 5.1%. OK banana aroma. Clear golden colour, sparkling. Big white head, semi-stable and plasticky. The flavour is a little disappointing after the good aroma. Mostly like a lager, a little fruity with a hint of citric bitterness. Probably what a Kristall should be like. Clean finish. Refreshing.

Bottle, 5.1%. Banana aroma, a little plastic. Sparkling, cloudy orange colour. Nice and big, stable, rocky white head. The flavour is nicely and distinctly wheaty with a little banana. Finishes citric. Good wheat mouthfeel. Classic example of a German Hefeweizen, and a well-made one.

Bottle, 5.1%. Almost black colour. Very small head. The flavour is OK sweet, slightly fruity for the style, seems to have a little apple? Medium carbonation.

Bottle: Pale yellowish-golden coloured, small, but persistent foamy layer, visible carbonation; shy grainy, a bit cardboardy, a bit fruity nose; delicate sweet-bitter flavour, combined with a little sourness, light bodied; some citrousy traces in the grainy-fruity finish. Yawn.........
