Bottle. Pours clear pale golden with airy white head. Clear aroma of yeast, with notes of malt and papery touches. Sour-sweetish flavour of yeast, with notes of malt and papery touches. Estery and malty aftertaste. OK.

Bottle, 5.1%. Weak dusty and floral hop aroma. Clear golden colour. Small stable frothy white head. The flavour is nicely papery and bready with a sort of liquorice note than tastes better than it sounds. Quite malty, and almost sweet, but not sugary at all.

50cl Fles van Café Brecht. Helder goudgele kleur, witte kraag. Zoet, moutig, wat honing, licht grassig, licht bitter. Drinkt soepel weg. Lichte body.

Bottle, the rest of what my wife didn't finish, drink reading an article on GQ about Johnny Knoxville. Hazy light amber with a moderate head. Spicy, malty nose with biscuit hints. Full mouthfeel, a bit of acidity and sweetness, almost Pils-like bitterness on the aftertaste. Nothing remarkable but no failures either. A tasty package.

33cl Fles van Café Brecht. Troebel goudgele kleur, witte kraag. Moutig, hint van boter, gras, gist, lichte keldergeur, redelijk bitter, iets fruitig. Lichte body. OK, vrij standaard.

Bottle picked up from Appel Getränkemarkt, Moosburg and consumed at home Wednesday 19th May 2021 we have a homemade Fishpie for tea tonight. Listening to Tom Ravenscroft covering for Steve Lamaq on 6Music. Pours murky brown, with a mid sized, slightly off white head. Perhaps a little spicier than typical banana and clove, though these are present as well. Really soft, a little toffee banana sweet like I had as a kid, fine enough.
