Bottle picked up at Selfridge's.jt pours clear orange - copper with a small, fluffy white head. The aroma is fresh, vibrant, zingy, perfumed apple, dried apple, apple pie with custard, pear drops, dull funk/barnyard, hay, ambergris and marzipan. The taste is crisp, sweet - sour, juicy, bright apple character, vibrant fruits, apple pie, some candy, dried apple, touch of sherbet, muted elderflower, marzipan vibes, custard, muted oak tannin and hay. Fries out thought eh finish. Average body and and soft, fluffy carbonation. All comes together very nicely. Moreish and super drinkable.

330ml bottle @ Belgian Beer Geeks Autumn Tasting 2025. Brought by me, picked up at Cidrerie Sorre. Pours a relatively clear gold, medium to low carbonation, syrupy mouthfeel. Quite a combination this: cactus, Kaffir lime, lemon espelette pepper, honey, prickly pear, white rum and cider. Quite sweet with a melange of odd, herbal, peculiarly sweet flavours poking and prodding your tastebuds in an unwelcome manner. Not a combination I can foresee drinking again

Bottle at BBGG. Sweet apple, rum, sweet tropical fruits, sugar. Medium sweet and bitter. Medium bodied. Weird but nice. Though I was not totally sober anymore at this point, might have rated it lower when earlier. But I do like rhum arrangé sometimes, and it's not unpleasant to drink this cider mix late at night.

19/X/25 - 33cl bottle @ BBGG Fall ‘25 (home), BB: n/a (2025-1062) Thanks to Maakun for sharing the bottle!

Clear orange blond cider, small creamy off-white head, unstable, non adhesive, lots of debris floating around in the glass. Aroma: super fruity, lots of overripe pears, quite some bubble gum, sugary impression, sweet, boxed apple juice. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: sweet and sugary start, alcohol, very sugary, more boxed apple juice, artificial touch, hint of prickly pear. Aftertaste: lots of fresh apple juice, a bit oxidized, some rum notes, slightly alcoholic.

330ml bottle from Cidrerie Sorre. Cider with white rum, sugar cane syrup, grapefruit, honey, aromatic plants spices.. jeez steady on mate.. rum is quite prominent, boozy, overshadiws the rest . it's as if lots of other stuff was chucked in to balance it out.. some dusty tannin on the finish, underlying sweet cider that probably would''ve been quite nice without all this faffing about.. its a no from me sorry.
