18th Jan 2025: 330ml bottle from Cidrerie Sorre. Pours quite a dark pink for a rosé.. quite sweet, perfumed, floral red berries.. decent for style. Up-rate.
22nd Sep 2017: 375ml bottle from a biscuit shop under their own branding, chugged from the bottle by the fish market, Trouville-Sur-Mer, Normandy. Dark pink appearance, aroma is sweet, floral. Taste is clean, sweet rose cidre, bit sugary, some sickly hints, not awful but not the best.

Corked bottle, from Chemins de Bretagne
Highly carbonated, the cork pops with a loud noise and it pours a clear golden liquid with big head, disappearing quickly; thin bubbles in the glass. Nice aroma of mature apples and apples skins. The mouthfeel is clearly dry, with apple juice flavor and a strong, yet soft, woody and tannic astringency. The final has light touch of apples, light nuts, and it’s sharply dry and astringent.
Quite extreme, nevertheless a cider with character.

0.75L bottle, thanks mom and dad. Light golden colour with a steady stream of bubbles, aroma dominated by earthy notes with apple and yeasty notes. Taste is sweet and appley but light and not cloying. Body is light, carbonation is strong but pleasant. I can see myself drinking quite a lot of this, especialy with some scallops.
