Deep copper with a beige head. Earthy, toasted malts, a bit of fruit. Harshly bitter finish. Medium bodied. it’s a bit lacking throughout and then cuts you with bitterness. Unbalanced and not all that interesting.

A touch cloudy in this golden lager. Toasted malts, cereal grain, a bit floral, a bit zesty, a bit honey sweetness but way in the back. Medium bodied. Semi-dry finish. Quite a nice rendition.

200ml draught at Tromsø Mikrobryggeri. Deep black body, almost naked at the surface, scattered lacing. Smoothly roasted dark malty aromas, promising. Quite rich taste of earthy chocolate malts, hints of dried fruits and a backdrop of coffee. Roasted, rather sweet dark malty ending, long lived. Decent sipper qualities. (Tromsø, 09.04.2025).
