Probably a good thing to give this thing as much age as possible, to see if it attenuates more and maybe loses some of the big, brash citrus. Smells like a good mix of yeast and citrus, as a result, with ample malt/sugar character. Smells like it could be quite sweet, but the aromas are natural.
Coconut and lime with not as much sweetness as expected. Some pineapple notes from the yeast, as well as other tropical fruits, and a chewy texture. Citrus is bold but not acidic. I love these mikkellensis yeast beers; kind of surprised everyone hates them so much. Or maybe this one worked better because it had a lot of age on it. Who knows.

very hazy golden colour, moderate sized ecru-ish head; aroma of pine resiny, grapefruity, marmalade, some apricot jam, moderate tropical fruity and slight soy sauce notes; hoppy taste with similar notes to the aroma; quite good one!

(Can) Hazy pale golden colour with frothy, white head. Hoppy, fruity nose with pineapple, mango, white bread, grapefruit, herbs and pine needles. Fruity, hoppy taste with notes of pineapple, mango, grapefruit, tropical fruit, pine needles, white bread and a balanced herbal/citric bitterness in the finish. Medium body, with a touch of sweetness. Hoppy and refreshing. Nice one.

330ml can, via Beer52. Third beer in a mini tasting with myself at home on 10th March 2026. Clean and clear light golden body, short lived white head. Slightly sweet citrus front, getting more bitter and drier as you sink into it. OK, but not really a fan of this Mediterranean style lager, they aren't brewed for the UK weather.

330ml can via Beer52, drank at home, first beer in a six beer tasting session with myself on 10th March 2026. Golden body, white crust on top. Floral and slight citrus nose and taste, not a strong yeasty feel (like most Belgian style Blondes), but it's a fine beer, if a little underwhelming.

Keg at SalamaNation, Helsinki.
The beer poured pale yellow, clear looks.
Had this as an after run beer, so might show in the quick rating given to the beer. Mostly som rice, some light lime notes, some light sweetness, light flavors obviously. Easy to drink for sure.

Golden with a foamy head of modest duration. Aroma of Riesling, honey, dankness, and a sprinkling of herbs. Taste is mildly sweet up front, tart to sour at the back. Faint, lingering honey. Body to the light side of medium, mild carbonation. Great beer for the style.

Tasteful, authentic tropical fruit combining nicely with a slight mixed culture character. Fruity, juicy, moderately tart and free of wort, oxidation, sugary adjunct, etc...
Wow, an actual body to this? Crazy. It has a sort of syrupy Dole fruit cup body, but honestly, I'll take that over thin, watery, seltzer body. Flavors are excellent. Tropical fruit, pineapple galore with some actual mixed culture hints. Another actually enjoyable-to-drink NA beer for me.

Oooh nice and citrusy! No oxidation or wort, but a hint of sweet caramel backing this really lovely hop character. Not exactly pilsner hops, but whatever, call it a WC Pils if you want. Yeast on the finish adds a crisp touch redolent of something like Heineken.
Malty with some adjunct sugar, it seems. But it gives an actual body and it's better than the seltzery NA crap that is the norm. Pear, apple, tropical citrus depart from the style, but it doesn't matter. It's flavorful and not worty. There's some caramel-like sweetness in there that I don't love; as it takes away from the refreshing brightness, but otherwise, another well-done Mikkeller/DeProef NA.

[33cl can from Beer52.] A pale amber pour with a loose white head and low carbonation; fruity yeast aroma; sweet berry fruit taste to start, then a tart berry bitterness. Unexpectedly tasty.
