Poured into a tulip.
Appearance: glossy burnt yellow-ed orangey cardboard haziness with about a finger's worth of white foamy head which dissipated nicely to leave some light sticky lace
Aroma: sticky grapefruity to orangey pulpy hop scents up first then some light lemony bittersweet rind-like hoppiness, slight peachy skin tones but not tart - super slightly sweet I guess, only caught the lime - hop notes after about a good 20 minutes of letting the beer open up more
Flavor: meshes the prior noted aromas in a slightly candied sweet vibe underscored by a light non-offensive bitterness; finishes with a looming orangey to lemony to peachy candy sweetness and juicy
Texture: light to medium bodied, leaning towards being a sipper - slightly; some smoothness - good flow - nothing burdensome
Overall: a pretty nicely done NEDIPA very worthy of returning to.
*it's North of the 8.0 but not a 8.1 if that makes any sense to anyone possibly reading this.

Draft at brewery. Orange pour and a soapy head. Nose jams citrus. Tastes of orange, herbs, caramel, candy sugar, wine. Boozy.

Appearance: dark brown/dark red color with a three finger eggshell white foamy head which dissipated nicely to leave some light lace
Aroma: dark malts, sweet grains, some breadiness, some chocolate to cocoa powdery tones, and a little bit of apple
Flavor: melds the prior noted aromas to a variety of different sweet aspects then a light touch of some earthy roastiness underneath; finishes semi-crisp with some dryness and a little bit of cocoa powder
Texture: light to medium bodied; sessionable; light smoothness and some dryness gripping the tongue
Overall: pretty nicely done dark lager I could return to.

Aroma: caramelized malts, sweet earthy tones, subtle floral and some bready malts
Flavor: meshes the prior noted aromas to a fine sweet malty to semi-earthy vibe; finishes earthy to caramel toned
Texture: light to medium bodied, sessionable; very smooth along the tongue and good carb level
Overall: pretty nicely done Polotmavy I could return to.

Aroma: cereal grains, crushed nuts, caramelized notes, light honey and sweet earthiness
Flavor: meshes the prior noted aromas to a fine malty sweet quality; finishes leaning into sweet grains and caramel tones
Texture: light to medium bodied, sessionable; good smoothness and good carb level
Overall: nicely done Maibock worth coming back to.

Aroma: light honey tones with some maltiness and a super light floral tone underneath
Flavor: meshes the prior noted aromas to a fine crisp sweet quality; finishes the same way
Texture: light to medium bodied, great sessionability; good smoothness and nothing distracting; good carb level
Overall: pretty nicely done Kolsch and would be one I would return to and possibly next time right out of the can.

Aroma: sweet and tart strawberries up front with a lighter note of some vanilla bean
Flavor: meshes the prior noted aromas together nicely but slightly leans towards the sweet & tartness of the strawberries; and the same in the finish
Texture: light to medium bodied, semi-sessionable; good smoothness and nothing there to excessively stab at the tongue - just a simple smoothness from the vanilla
Overall: now this is how you do a pastry fruited ale, it might be simple but the vanilla isn't excessive and/or overly sweet.

Aroma: sweet grains and light malts with some herbal and floral hops
Flavor: mixes on up the prior noted aromas to a fair malty sweet quality; finishes the same way
Texture: light bodied, sessionable and a good smoothness to it, good carb level
Overall: might not be one to blast your mind but no complaints from me on this one.
