Description
Die braurei geht bis ins Jahr 1691 zurück, als Erding an sechs Bürger das Braurecht verlieh. Im Jahr 1838 wurde die Brauerei vom Gastwirt Joseph Fischer übernommen. 1856 übernahm sein Sohn Friedrich die Brauerei und gründete 1891 Fischer’s Wohltätigkeitsstiftung. Die Brauerei wurde Teil der Stiftung und heißt seitdem Fischer’s Stiftungsbräu. 1991 wurde die Brauerei geschlossen, dann aber von Erdinger Weißbräu übernommen.

Bottle. Clear pale golden color with creamy white head. Aroma is sweet malts, sugar icing, cardboardy. Taste is again sugary, sweet, standard clean but boring Helles with hardly any hops shining through. Creamy mouthfeel with surprisingly soft carbonation. As expected, quite boring.

Optisch wunderbar, schöne Farbe, stabiler Schaum, ordentlich Perlung. In der Nase getreidig, leicht süß, typisch Helles. Im Trunk erstmal süß, recht wässrig, leicht malzig, kaum Abgang, leicht bitter, schade.

Optisch helles Gold, in der Nase getreidig, Heu, leicht plädderich. Im Trunk etwas wässrig, süß, Heu, wenig Charakter. Mehr Pale Lager als ein gescheites Helles.

Bottle shared on the roof, courtesy if puttetjes. Clear golden with white head. Sweet malts, light cardboardy, wheat. Light sweet and moderate bitter. Medium body and light carbonated.

Bottle shared thanks to Puttetjes. Clear light golden with white head. Sweet malts, light cardboard, honey, very grainy with pale ale malts. Soft dried apricot. Light grassy maybe, but mostly lots of fresh malt. Medium sweet and light bitter. Medium bodied with crisp malty feel.

Bottle @ Bockstival Afterparty with MrOrla. Pours Clear pale yellow with a small creamy White head. Very grainy and Very watery. A bit of White bread. Short flabby finish.

50 cl bottle. Pours cloudy yellow. Small white head. Aroma is fruity and slight citrusy. Bitter and grassy. Bitter and slight citrusy. Dry finish.
