Thanks to crajun for this one! Black pour with a small tan head. Aroma of roast malt, coffee, chocolate. The flavor has coffee, some bitterness from dark roasted malts but overall neither sweet nor bitter dominates. Smooth with some dryness in the finish. Nice.

Can. A- Citrus, wheat. A- Yellow color, clear liquid, white head. T- Wheat, yeasty, cereal, slightly sweet, alcohol. P- Light body, average texture, average carbonation, crisp finish. O- Pretty standard and not a lot happening. The hints of citrus were nice, but this was just not all that exciting. A decent hot weather beer, but aside from that I wouldn’t seek this out by any means. Especially for the price. Average.

Can. A hazy, orange-golden beer with a small, off-white head. The aroma has a nice blend of pale malts and a generic fruityness, with some faint spiced, peppery hints and some yeast. It’s rather thin on the palate, dry and with a pleasant carbonation. It has a nice and balanced flavor, a bit weak of course, with pale malts, a generic fruityness, some pine cone notes and hints of spices and yeast. Some canned peaches showing up too. Short, mostly fruity finish, with pale malts in the back. Nothing extraordinary going on here, but it’s an ideal thirst quencher. 140516

Bottle - Sweet honeyed bacon and smoke. Cloudy gold with a frothy white head. Very carbonated smoke and a little sweet bacon. The carbonation and intense flavors with a light finish make it a little different. Refreshing Rauch? Not sure but not bad.

(Thanks Jay "GodOfThunder") Can. A- Nutella, toast, chocolate, nutty, coffee. A- Black color, black liquid, minimal head. T- Nutella, chocolate, roasty, coffee, semi bitter cocoa, mocha, cola, slightly malty. P- Full body, average texture, soft carbonation, dry bittersweet finish. O- An excellent stout that could stand up again a lot of others similar to it. Very robust, rich, and complex. With the strong toast and chocolate and nut aromas, alongside the tastes, this reminded me of Nutella on toast for breakfast. Just a good beer all around.
