Draught @ Lexington Publick, Manhattan (March 2025). Faintly cloudy golden with a small foamy off-white head, hay aroma, medium carbonation, sweetish taste with hay flavor, thin watery body, medium finish. Not too bad.

Beer Table in Penn Station: pours gold with white head. Aroma is light grass, plenty of lemon, some dish soap. Not super crisp. Lacks the cleaness in spite of being soapy. Do better.

Little cloudy orange beer, small fizzy yellowish to beige head, unstable, falls down pretty quickly, non adhesive. Aroma: nice, lots of tropical fruits, juicy, mango, a bit grassy, some citrus notes, oranges, orange peel. MF: soft carbon, medium to full body. Taste: very nice, juicy, tropical fruits, nice bitterness, hoppy, a bit resinous, piny, zesty, oranges and dried orange peel, some grapefruit, hoppy. Aftertaste: nice, citrus, some caramel malts, a bit sweet, very juicy, zesty touch, a bit piny, pleasant bitterness, very nice stuff!

A hazed golden ale with a very thin white head. In aroma, sweet fruity malt with light grassy hops, faint Brett, pleasant. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity malt with light Brett, light lactic notes, faint buttery notes, pleasant. Bottle at CNY brewfest 2025.

A lightly hazed golden ale with a thick frothy lacing white head. In aroma, sweet fruity malt with light apricot, light brett, light lactic notes, pleasant. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity mix of ground cherry, light apricot, light brett, very nice. Bottle at CNY brewfest 2025.
