A small taste from a friend (tap) @ Craft Beer Helsinki 2023. Pours clear amber with a medium head. Aroma is bitter malts with alcohol. Flavor is bitter malts, alcohol, spices, hops. Good.

Keg @ CBH 2023. Poured clear and light golden in color. Crisp and clear grisette with light funkyness, notes of peppery floral hops. Refreshing.

(Keg at Craft Beer Helsinki 2023) The beer poured golden and clear. Its head was medium sized and white. Aroma had fruitiness, earth, coriander and malts. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were fruitiness, earth, coriander, malts and bitterness. Aftertaste was fruity, earthy and bitter. A tasty and refreshing brew.

Bottled. Black colour with a mediumsized foamy beige head. Aroma is coffee, liquorice, toffee and some mild wooden tones. Flavour is liquorice, some coffee, roasted malts, mild acidity and some soy sauce as well.

Bottle from Beerdome. Black with a beige head. Aroma is dry, roasted malt, licorice, wood and light bourbon. Flavor is quite sweet and rather bitter. Dry and rather bitter finish with a little warming alcohol. Oily. 020323

Draught at Carburant, stable long lasting bubbly fluffy head, clear and a touch intense gold colour, quite vinous, a bit Chardonnay like, a bit of almonds and very light bread, some chalk. Interesting on the one hand, and just a little bland.
A deep dark stout with a very thin mocha head. In aroma, sweet fruity chocolate malt with dark fruits, alcohol warmth, light vanilla, very nice. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity chocolate malt with dark fruits, licorice, alcohol warmth, light rum barrel, light vanilla, very nice and smooth. On tap at L'Atalante.
