Description
It all started in a shed, no joke! Ian, started home brewing in his garden shed, building recipes inspired by his loved beers. We loved it, our mates loved it, the shed was bursting at the seams, it was time to move to bigger premises. In 2013 Brick was born, and we started building a brewery in a railway arch behind Peckham Rye station, SE London.

Can at home in Hackney - picked up from Bottle Apostle, South Hackney. Pours lightly hazed red with a frothy, pink topping. Light sweet flavour with bright and lightly savoury berries, modest acidity, some cherry, raspberry, a little drying funk. Light bodied with spritzy carbonation. Clean finish, lightly drying, more pleasantly tart berry character. Sound.

330ml can. Poured a hazy golden orange colour with a short-lived, fizzy white head. The aroma is big peach and presumably apricot. The flavour is moderate sour, with a somewhat light, crisp, tart juicy peach, light dry yeasty palate. Medium to light bodied with average carbonation.

Can from the Low Cost Beer online shop. Pours hazy pale red with a decent off-white head. Aromas of red berry and sharp gooseberries. Taste is stronger on the red berries, which lends a sweetness, becoming lightly sour at the back.
