330 ml bottle, from BilkaToGo, Skalborg. ABV is 5.8%. Slightly hazy pale golden colour, huge to moderate white head. Aroma of birch sap / birch leaves, pine needles and sprucetips, a hint of bog myrtle / sweet gale. The flavour is moderately citric and medium sweet, with the same elements as the aroma. Interesting beer, without hops.

330 ml clear bottle, from BilkaToGo, Skalborg. ABV is 5.8%. Clear deep golden / amber to orange colour, moderate white head. Aroma of sweetish malts, sea buckthorn berries and sweet gale / bog myrtle. The flavour is not as sweet as the aroma made me fear, fruity notes of sea buckthorn berries, fairly distinct notes of bog myrtle, minimal bitterness (hops are not on the ingredients list).

From notes, from random Denmark store Smell- weak, coffee Appearance- brewer bottle cap, brewer label. Foam - weak roast, malt, bitter tones. From - bottle Taste- weak bitter tones, malt, roast.

As Thisted øko IPA, Thisted BRYGHUS Alive Økologisk IPA acc. to back label ufiltreret, 5.8% I strongly suspect this Alive økologisk IPA is an alias for Thisted Ufiltreret Øko IPA (2020-) so putting the rating here. barcode 5707402010440 hazy orange smooth white head. mild bitterhoppy aroma, some malty balance, malts are a bit bitter and nutty. flavor is mild, neutral malty with a bit of flowery hoppy notes, bitterness is far lower than aroma hinted, almost tastes like a watery NEIPA, very drinkable but too close flavor wise to industrial macro beer in the same abv range. However, it is full bodied and tastes like craft beer. So if you want a mild easy drinking IPA still with flavor and notes from craftmanship, this could be it.

bottle. initially sour aroma then soon goes flowery and malty, sort of like a witbier but the sour notes seem to be coming from added stuff. pretty nice wheat malty base to it all. later the aroma has banana and slightly oxidized malts. Flavor is watery, banana, faint oranges, elderflower which is integrated well with the rest of the flavors. Interesting and quite drinkable twist to belgian wit. It is to me obvious from the way it tastes that it has been brewed with care and professionalism, this lifts the beer up quite a bit, tastes like quality.
