Smell of spruce, some caramel malt. Amber colour, white head. Aroma of earth, spruce, hops, some dry malt. Lively carbon. Medium bitter.

330 ml slimline can, from Vinmonopolet, Nettbutikken. ABV is 5.2%, IBU 15. Hazy yellow colour, large to moderate white head. Aroma of Belgian witbier yeast, thyme and citrus peel. Flavour of wheat, citrus and distinct thyme. Unusual and interesting.

33cl bottle at home. Poured almost clear and golden in color. Pleasant caramel maltyness, light bitterness, notes of resiny hops. Thin bodied.

Can @ home. Foggy, pale golden body under a huge, fluffy off-white head. Aroma has lots of thyme, some malt and a bit peppery. Smells a bit like pizza actually. Taste is soft malt, thyme, flowers, herbs and lemon balm with a grassy touch. Medium body with same aftertaste all the way. Well, it’s tasting a lot of thyme that’s for sure – but otherwise the beer is not more than decent. I guess it’s a lot about how much you appreciate thyme in your beer.
