Bottle from Tanakaya. Pours a clear, straw gold with a small white head that lingers throughout. Very nice lacing as well. Mango, passion fruit and peach on the nose with some light melon notes as well. Medium body with very soft carbonation. Toffee-like malts are there with good fruit forward hops, but not dominant. Very well-balanced and interesting take on a British pale. Lightly bitter finish with some piney, resinous notes.

Shared a tasting (Thanks Eric!). Clear copper with a small white head. Huge mango nose with some pineapple, peach and papaya. Juicy tropical fruit with some light caramel and toffee as it warms up on the palate. Nice bitterness, but not overly so but a very hoppy amber. Crisp and clean finish. Excellent amber.

Bottle from Tanakaya. Pours a clear copper with a light beige head that lasts throughout. Terrific lacing. Mango, pineapple and papaya with some catpiss all over the nose. Good balance with some caramel malt flavor along with more tropical fruit and grapefruit pith on the palate. As it warms some orange comes out as well. Quite bitter on the palate. Long, lingering dry and bitter finish with some light orange gelato zing as well. Fantastic.

Bottle. Very black with a tan head that never completely disappears and laces well. Fudgy aroma with roasted malt, mocha, some chicory, green plums, some other tropical? fruit I canโ€™t pick at all. Very silky, carbonation is on the low side. Not that heavy for >9%. At first sweet and quite fruity (plums, sultanas and lychees) , the roasted flavours, hops and a touch of alcohol increasingly take over. Interesting and a bit weird.
