On tap at Brewers Cooperative. Pours pale gold. Lemon, vinegar, mango, peach. Quite hoppy but the lager fights through. Nice enough.

On tap at Brewers Cooperative. Pours pale and cloudy. Strong carbonation with nice tight bubbles. Seawater, lots of melon, citric acid notes. Sweet, sour, just a touch salty. Fantastic balance. Fantastic beer.

On tap at Vultures Lane. Pours cloudy pale orange. Super floral with plenty of lime and lemon. Texture is a little oily and buttery which I don’t think goes with the flavour.

500ml bottle. Pours sickly pale without head. Salt, wheat, apricot, lemon, white grape. Nice carbonation. Very good.

440ml can. Lots of sour cherry, biscuit, quite alcoholic (perhaps a little sherry type quality). Really very good.

On tap at the Lumsden. Pours black as night and drinks unbelievably smooth. Aroma is bitter spice and coffee and the flavour is much the same. Espresso, cinnamon, little cream. Like chai coffee or something, really fantastic.

Draft at Fork & Brewer. Crystal clear golden yellow color, white edge head. Aroma of subtle white pepper and straw. Taste has peppery mild bitterness. OK.
