From bottle, Wild Stock. Pours bright deep orange. Malt vinegar, biscuit, orange peel, sherry, bit of dried red fruit, bit of grapefruit. Medium body. Pretty tasty.

On tap at the Lumsden. Pours hazy red orange. Floral, cereal, strong lime peel, touch of synthetic raspberry, little blackberry. Very light body. Incredibly light and refreshing with a nice flavour too. Exactly what a 2.5% beer should be for me.

Bottle. Deep gold with a white head that fades to a coat. 3+ Aroma is funky with apricots and feral lemon, bread crust. There's a moderate but deep sourness along with bready sweetness as well as a zesty top note.A little bitterness at the dry and woody end. Very good. --- Beer merged from original tick of Salt and Wood Saison de Terroir on 30 Dec 2018 at 12:36 - Score: Appearance - 6 | Aroma - 7 | Flavor - 8 | Texture - 8 | Overall - 8. Can. Deep gold with a white head. 3+ Aroma of toast, sultanas, some nuts, grass, a little citrus. And so it tastes. Sweet with slightly toasty bread, dried fruit, somewhat earthy nuts, firm grassy and spicy bitterness. Has a fair presence for well under 5%. Engaging. --- Beer merged from original tick of Table De Brasseur on 22 Nov 2018 at 12:36 - Score: Appearance - 6 | Aroma - 7 | Flavor - 7 | Texture - 6 | Overall - 8. Original review text: Can. From explosivedog, thanks! Pours light orange with white head. Aroma is lemon, some other fruitiness, funks. Taste is lemony, lightly sour, sufficient saltiness. Preety solid gose. I am surprised by the low reviews below.
